I am a loyal user of TVPad, but after this incident I will stop using and boycott TVPad. I will tell me friend to stop buying TVPad

Your plan of shutting down old TVPad has lost my trust. There are many IPTV box out in the market. I personally will no upgrade to TVPAd 4, and will consider other options.

Please reconsider your plan.

    Didn't the mtvpad.com domain get seized? I doubt any of those would get through. Maybe try them all but with mtvpad.cn?

    Sent mine out to the 4 addresses. Maybe it will do something but I have my doubts.

    +1 here.

    Won't be buying TVP4 in protest of their business practices unless they changed their tact on this matter. They are going to lose a lot of past customers over this decision.

    If that's how they want it, so be it.

    Scam artists.

    We just discovered this abandonment of the TVPad 1, 2, & 3 yesterday.. So pissed... I'm about to invest in HTV 3, myself. To hell with TVPad leaving us hanging with a dead box!

    But I will forward the emails just in case!

    The [email][email protected][/email] address works. I have sent a email a couple days ago and gotten respond. After my complain, I have gotten no more reply from them.

    I wrote it in English and the reply is in English. I believe you can do the same. If we are not doing a group petition, you can write it in your own words too. That will make each mail unique. Just my 2 cents.

    I've tried to talk to TVpad customer service, they did confirm that T1-3 will be shut down but when I asked for the solutions, they didn't answer my questions.

    BAD SERVICE!!! I am NOT going to buy anything from this company anymore.

    So since all the TVpads (including T4) are trashes now, I need to buy another box for my parents who like to watch Cantonese live TV and dramas, especially from TVB. Do you have any suggestions on the box?
